What Should I Eat To Stay Fit ?
I am sure you would not have heard of this, but I feel that you should know something very important. Staying fit is all about what you consume. Working out for three hours a day and eating junk every single day is not going to get you anywhere. What goes into your body is something that you should consider all the time. Staying fit completely depends on eating fit. If you control what you eat and if you do some calorie counting, you will actually reach your goal of a beach body.
I would suggest consuming healthy fats. I would also suggest consuming food with a lot of protein, calcium and vitamins in it. This would mean consuming a lot of fruits and vegetables.
